What You'll Do9

  • 1Design and oversee ABA treatment plans for a caseload of pediatric patients, emphasizing neurodiversity-affirming practices.
  • 2Lead and mentor a team of BTs, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • 3Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments to inform individualized goals.
  • 4Supervise BTs in both in-person and telehealth sessions, determining clinical efficacy for remote care.
  • 5Collaborate with OT, SLP, and physician partners to integrate care plans across disciplines.
  • 6Drive monthly ABA caseload billing and conversion targets to unlock bonus incentives.
  • 7Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment modifications.
  • 8Empower caregivers with training and resources to reinforce therapeutic strategies at home.
  • 9Utilize data from Central Reach or other platforms to monitor client progress and adjust interventions.

Requirements8

  • 1Master’s degree in human services, applied behavior analysis, or a related field.
  • 2Current BCBA certification in good standing.
  • 32+ years of experience working with children with autism in a clinical or home setting.
  • 4Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
  • 5Experience supervising RBTs or BTs and providing performance feedback.
  • 6Strong interpersonal and communication skills for family and team collaboration.
  • 7Willingness to travel to patient homes and clinics in the Charlotte area as needed.
  • 8Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean motor vehicle record.
