What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct behavioral assessments and design individualized ABA treatment plans
- 2Supervise behavior technicians and ensure treatment program implementation
- 3Track client progress and adjust plans as required
- 4Partner with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment goals
- 5Deliver parent training and caregiver support sessions
- 6Document all activities and maintain ethical clinical standards
- 7Hold BCBA certification in good standing
- 8Maintain eligibility for North Carolina licensure
- 9Provide leadership within a dedicated BCBA Success Manager framework
- 10Participate in LBA Expansion Program for additional licensure support
- 11Engage in ongoing mentorship and internal promotion pathways
Requirements5
- 1Active BCBA certification in good standing
- 2Currently licensed or pursuing licensure in North Carolina
- 3Master's degree in Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or related field
- 4Proven experience providing ABA services to autism or developmental disability clients
- 5Flexibility for hybrid work arrangement
