What You'll Do6
- 1Conduct behavioral assessments and build individualized ABA treatment plans for new clients.
- 2Supervise behavior technicians, providing clinical guidance and feedback during treatment implementation.

- 4Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to align on treatment goals.
- 5Run parent training sessions and caregiver support to extend treatment impact.
- 6Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical and clinical standards.
Requirements5
- 1Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- 2Eligibility for or current North Carolina licensure as an LBA.
- 3Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- 4Experience delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
- 5Comfort with hybrid work, including in-home visits and remote clinical supervision.
