Requirements11
- 15+ years servicing residential and commercial HVAC systems
- 2Strong diagnostic repair and mechanical skills
- 3EPA certification required
- 4NATE certification preferred
- 5Experience with Lennox and Carrier equipment
- 6Self-starter who follows directions and communicates clearly
- 7Sharp problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- 8Physical readiness for lifting, working at heights, and confined spaces
- 9Valid CA driver's license with clean record
- 10Ability to pass background checks
