What You'll Do8
- 1Diagnose and troubleshoot performance issues with heat pumps and related HVAC systems
- 2Conduct on-site walkthroughs of complex installations to verify proper setup
- 3Provide technical assessments and feedback to installation teams and engineering staff
- 4Verify system functionality airflow and refrigerant performance documenting findings in reports
- 5Support training by identifying recurring installation challenges and best practices
- 6Collaborate with internal teams to ensure safe efficient job completion
- 7Maintain accurate service documentation while upholding safety and quality standards
- 8Perform overtime during peak heating and cooling seasons
Requirements6
- 13+ years HVAC or heat pump service technician experience
- 2In-depth knowledge of heat pump systems controls and commissioning
- 3Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- 4EPA certification Type II or Universal
- 5Valid driver's license for travel to job sites
- 6Compliance with OSHA Electrical Standard and Lockout Tagout protocols
