- 1Learn C&L Refrigeration core values and safety protocols within first 30 days
- 2Navigate Ascente Mobile Pro software for job documentation
- 3Shadow field supervisor and experienced technicians daily
- 4Perform diagnostics on 1 ton equipment independently by day 30
- 5Complete full service calls on 1-5 ton equipment by 3 months
- 6Maintain OSHA and C&L safety standards at all times
- 7Provide exceptional customer communication and updates
- 8Stock van with necessary tools and understand part procurement process
- 9Document all job efforts thoroughly for client review
- 10Handle customer issues professionally while preserving company reputation
- 11Become a trusted technical resource and team contributor
Requirements8
- 11+ year experience servicing HVAC/R systems
- 2EPA HVAC/R certification required
- 3High school diploma or GED
- 4Valid driver's license
- 5Proficiency with hand tools and electrical schematics
- 6Background check and drug screening clearance
- 7Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- 8Commitment to continuous learning in fast-paced environment
Salary Insight
