What You'll Do10
- 1Build and lead residential HVAC installations ensuring quality and safety outcomes
- 2Design and oversee installation of systems, ductwork, and components to meet specifications
- 3Inspect and ensure jobsite efficiency and compliance with code standards
- 4Train and mentor install assistants to raise skill level and productivity
- 5Drive on-site workmanship and material usage to minimize waste and rework
- 6Collaborate with service teams to coordinate project timelines and handoffs
- 7Review project documentation and ensure accurate field data and closeout
- 8Support customers with explanations of system features and maintenance needs
- 9Troubleshoot on-site issues and implement timely corrective actions
- 10Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 2 years HVAC install experience
- 2Lead experience preferred
- 3EPA Certification
- 4Valid driver’s license
- 5Strong focus on customer service and quality workmanship
- 6Ability to read and interpret blueprints and installation drawings
- 7Proven track record of meeting deadlines and maintaining safety standards
- 8Experience overseeing ductwork and component installation
- 9Willingness to travel to job sites within service area
- 10Endorsement of company policies and on-site safety protocols
