Overview
We seek an experienced HVAC Foreman to lead installation and service teams across Kansas City. The role involves coordinating complex projects while maintaining high-quality installation and maintenance standards. This position demands strong leadership technical expertise and proven management capabilities.
What You'll Do12
- 1Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation maintenance and repair projects
- 2Assign tasks to lead installers ensuring timely completion and quality standards
- 3Read and interpret blueprints submittals diagrams and specifications to install systems according to designs
- 4Conduct inspections and quality assurance checks for proper functioning and safety compliance
- 5Train and mentor technicians on installation techniques safety procedures and equipment operation
- 6Coordinate with project managers contractors and clients to schedule installations and service appointments
- 7Order materials and equipment ensuring availability and budget adherence
- 8Troubleshoot HVAC systems resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime
- 9Maintain accurate records of work performed materials used and hours worked by team members
- 10Track and maintain projects per budget
- 11Detail ductwork fabrication and field offset adjustments
- 12Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Requirements8
- 1Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role with 8-12 years in lead capacity
- 2Proven experience as an HVAC Foreman or similar leadership role in HVAC industry
- 3Certification from accredited HVAC program or trade school preferred
- 4In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems equipment and installation techniques
- 5Ability to read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and specifications
- 6Strong leadership and organizational skills prioritizing tasks effectively
- 7Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- 8Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
