  • 11Maintain 100% compliance with operational framework and ethical standards

Requirements11

  • 1Minimum 3 years progressive HS&E or industrial hygiene experience
  • 2Minimum 2 years manufacturing environment experience
  • 3Certified Safety Professional certification or pathway to obtain within 18 months
  • 4Eligibility to possess explosives under Safe Explosives Act of 2003
  • 5Strong ability to interpret regulations and apply them in development settings
  • 6Proven investigation skills for safety incidents
  • 7Experience influencing others during organizational changes
  • 8Demonstrated professional communication and teamwork abilities
  • 9Ability to conduct HSE training and toolbox talks effectively
  • 10Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • 11Visual color discrimination skills required
