What You'll Do11
- 1Represent company culture in employee interactions leveraging values and policies
- 2Administer HR programs and initiatives across locations
- 3Act as point of contact for employee relations and support
- 4Drive recruitment and onboarding processes from start to finish
- 5Manage payroll, total rewards, leaves, and benefits administration
- 6Conduct investigations and escalate issues to HRBP
- 7Support employee relations and engagement programs
- 8Coordinate employee recognition and engagement initiatives
- 9Utilize HRIS/HCM systems and various technical platforms
- 10Provide training on systems and assist with integration challenges
- 11Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- 2At least three years as HR Generalist or Specialist with proficiency in employee relations performance management and leave laws
- 3Certifications: SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
- 4Experience with HRIS/HCM platforms like UKG or ADP
- 5Strong knowledge of employment law ADA and EEO
- 6Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
- 7Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- 8Multilingual English proficiency required
- 9Ability to work confidentially and build trust-based relationships
- 10Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- 11Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
