Requirements10
- 15+ years HR experience or associate degree
- 2Payroll experience preferred
- 3Benefits administration experience preferred
- 4Knowledge of industrial plant environments
- 5Ability to commute from Hillsboro OR 97124
- 6Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- 7Familiarity with HRIS platforms
- 8Strong communication and judgment skills
- 9Experience with Excel and database management
- 10Understanding of labor regulations
