Overview
The HR Coordinator supports Human Resources operations at the Titan Specialty Distribution Centers in Atlanta. This role provides administrative and coordination support while maintaining accurate employee records and managing attendance. The ideal candidate will excel in fast-paced environments and deliver results across multiple priorities.
What You'll Do11
- 1Maintain and update the Direct Labor Tracker and workforce planning reports
- 2Track attendance patterns and conduct daily follow-ups
- 3Support staffing activities and attend weekly alignment meetings
- 4Perform I-9 audits and maintain personnel files
- 5Generate HR reports using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- 6Assist with onboarding and employee documentation processes
- 7Support benefits enrollment and related administrative tasks
- 8Promote employee engagement and communication initiatives
- 9Ensure confidentiality of employee information
- 10Utilize Microsoft Office applications to prepare documents and track data
- 11Handle multiple administrative duties with high accuracy
Requirements11
- 1Strong attendance and deadline management skills
- 2Proven organizational abilities with proven time management
- 3Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint
- 4Detail-oriented data entry experience
- 5Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
- 6Ability to work confidentially in sensitive situations
- 7Capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
- 8Relevant experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday preferred
- 9Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
- 10Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 111-3 years of HR administration or related experience
