What You'll Do11
- 1Support existing HR functions or establish new HR frameworks for clients
- 2Provide hands-on HR assistance through project-based engagements
- 3Manage onboarding offboarding and employee relations initiatives
- 4Administer payroll benefits and HRIS systems
- 5Develop HR policies aligned with client strategic objectives
- 6Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client delivery
- 7Analyze workforce data to inform talent acquisition strategies
- 8Lead cross-functional projects to improve employee engagement
- 9Maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations
- 10Deliver actionable recommendations to executive leadership
- 11Travel to client locations throughout the Chicagoland region
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience in HR operations
- 2Certification in SHRM or HRCI preferred
- 3Payroll platform proficiency required
- 4Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- 5Minimum 3-5 years' experience in multi-state environments
- 6Strong analytical skills with expertise in HR analytics tools
- 7Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- 8Ability to commit to hybrid work schedule

- 10Experience with cloud-based HRIS solutions
