  • 7Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement

  • 9Maintain floor presence to gather insights and address disengagement signs
  • 10Support organizational change initiatives and help leaders navigate ambiguity

Requirements5

  • 1Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
  • 22+ years of human resources experience or equivalent in operations, customer service, retail, distribution, or similar
  • 3Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management
  • 4Master's Degree or MBA (preferred)
  • 5Experience partnering with business leaders and guiding complex employee relations matters
