What You'll Do11
- 1Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards
- 2Oversee laundry processes including collection washing drying and distribution of linens robes and uniforms
- 3Conduct regular inspections of public and back-of-house areas addressing deficiencies
- 4Develop and manage staff schedules while controlling labor costs
- 5Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and submit to management
- 6Train coach and mentor housekeeping and laundry team members
- 7Manage inventory of cleaning supplies linens and equipment tracking usage to control costs
- 8Collaborate with management to coordinate events treatments and guest experiences
- 9Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations
- 10Respond promptly to housekeeping-related requests or concerns
- 11Maintain accurate records of inspections schedules and supply usage
Requirements9
- 13+ years of housekeeping experience in hospitality wellness spa or related environments
- 21–2 years of supervisory or management experience preferred
- 3Strong leadership and team management skills with focus on training and motivation
- 4Excellent attention to detail organization and time management
- 5Knowledge of cleaning procedures laundry operations and sanitation standards
- 6Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting bending and standing for extended periods
- 7Bilingual Spanish English required
- 8Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
- 9Dedicated professional to uphold and elevate cleanliness standards
