What You'll Do11
- 1Answer all guest requests via HotSos system
- 2Collect and transport dirty linens to collection points
- 3Remove trash from assigned floors using compactors
- 4Close pool area if assigned to top floors
- 5Maintain guest closet organization and supply levels
- 6Ensure elevator landings remain clean and debris-free
- 7Shampoo guest rooms and clean shower heads as needed
- 8Clean P2 storage area thoroughly
- 9Bring down dirty glasses, wash, dry, and return to rooms
- 10Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms and hallways
- 11Stock linen closets and report any deficiencies through HotSos
Requirements9
- 1Warm caring personality with excellent organizational skills
- 2Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- 3Attention to detail and adherence to grooming standards
- 4Basic English proficiency and ability to use mobile devices
- 5Knowledge of chemical usage and safety protocols
- 6Experience with P2 storage management
- 7Team player who can handle pressure situations
- 8Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- 9Commitment to customer service excellence
