What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain luxury guest room cleanliness to brand standards and ensure public areas reflect premium presentation
- 2Dust, polish, vacuum, and hand‑clean floors, furniture, fixtures, and architectural details to exacting standards
- 3Make beds with precision and inspect bedding and furnishings for cleanliness and presentation
- 4Meticulously sanitize bathrooms, refresh linens, replenish towels and guest amenities
- 5Maintain organized housekeeping carts and supply areas for efficient operations
- 6Assist with laundry operations and cross‑department support as needed
- 7Uphold a warm, professional, and discreet demeanor in interactions with guests and colleagues
- 8Follow safety guidelines and use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly
- 9Support ongoing quality improvement initiatives and start-of-shift briefings to ensure consistent service
- 10Complete tasks within an 8-hour shift while meeting luxury brand standards
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Prior housekeeping experience in luxury or upscale hospitality preferred
- 3Familiarity with major hotel brand standards (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham) a plus
- 4Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction
- 5Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver housekeeping carts throughout an 8‑hour shift
- 6Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and commercial equipment
- 7Excellent teamwork and professional demeanor
- 8Flexible schedule and reliability for on‑site work in Dearborn, MI
