Cleans leasing office clubhouse restrooms models amenities and vacant apartments to maintain market-ready appeal. Ensures daily freshening of homes and target show units while reporting hazards to supervisors. Manages cleaning supply inventory and alerts managers when reorders are needed.
What You'll Do5
- 1Clean leasing office clubhouse restrooms models amenities and vacant apartments on a daily basis or as directed
- 2Freshen vacant apartments and show units throughout the day to preserve market-ready condition
- 3Assist with make-ready processes through additional duties assigned by Service Manager Community Manager or Assistant Manager
- 4Report any observed hazards or dangerous situations to residents team members guests and others
- 5Maintain appropriate cleaning supply inventory and notify supervisors when reordering is required
Requirements6
- 1Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
- 2Physical stamina to stand walk sit bend stoop climb ladders reach carry crawl in confined spaces
- 3Ability to work indoors outdoors in all weather conditions
- 4Capacity to lift and carry weights up to twenty-five pounds independently and fifty pounds with assistance
- 5Flexible schedule including evening weekend and holiday call work
- 6Willingness to travel between properties as needed attend training and business meetings
