Overview
You will clean and prepare guest rooms, hallways, and public areas at the Courtyard Grand Prairie Hotel. You will ensure every guest experiences spotless cleanliness and friendly service. What You'll Do9
- 1Greet every guest with a smile and by name when possible during cleaning tasks.
- 2Complete pre-cleaning duties: stock the cart, attend the morning stand-up, and fold dirty linen.
- 3Clean and restock the assigned number of guest rooms per shift to 100% accuracy.
- 4Deep-clean storage rooms, public spaces, and guest laundry as assigned.
- 5Keep all front and back-of-house areas organized and spotless.
- 6Answer phone calls with friendly service using the approved greeting.
- 7Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency.
- 8Collaborate with team members to meet guest satisfaction scores.
- 9Complete shift handover reports accurately and on time.
Requirements10
- 1Preferred experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing roles.
- 2Must have a positive 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn.
- 3Must follow established guidelines and procedures.
- 4Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
- 5Must listen, clarify, and resolve co-worker and guest concerns effectively.

- 9Must work a varied schedule: evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- 10Must meet physical demands: stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting.
