You will own the cleanliness and guest experience for Home 2 Suites Salt Lake City-East, managing a full check-out or stayover cleaning cycle daily. What You'll Do8
- 1Clean assigned guest rooms by changing linens, making beds, and emptying trash within a 4-6 hour shift.
- 2Vacuum floors, dust surfaces, and sanitize bathrooms to Home 2 Suites brand standards.
- 3Restock room amenities, including towels, soap, and coffee supplies, to ensure guest readiness.
- 4Inspect rooms for damages or maintenance issues and report to the front desk.
- 5Deliver extra linens or amenities to guest rooms upon request.
- 6Manage your room quota efficiently, balancing speed and thoroughness.
- 7Follow OSHA safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- 8Communicate with supervisors about room status and guest concerns.
Requirements7
- 1No experience required for this entry-level role; full training provided.
- 2Ability to lift 25+ pounds and push housekeeping carts.
- 3Physical stamina to bend, squat, and stand for long periods.
- 4Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- 5Ability to work 8:30 am - 3:00 or 4:00 pm shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- 6Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- 7Fluency in English (verbal and written) for guest interaction.
