What You'll Do11
- 1Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces including dusting vacuuming mopping and surface sanitization

- 4Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely for various surfaces and floor types
- 5Manage manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or appliances
- 6Maintain high standards of cleanliness through regular floor care outdoor work and detailed surface cleaning
- 7Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and ensure satisfaction
- 8Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- 9Demonstrate strong time management skills to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes
- 10Show physical stamina for manual handling tasks and outdoor work
- 11Exhibit excellent customer service communication abilities
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing residential cleaning teams
- 3Knowledge of cleaning surfaces floor cleaning techniques and sanitation best practices
- 4Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- 5Strong time management skills
- 6Physical stamina for manual handling tasks and outdoor work
- 7Excellent customer service communication abilities
- 8Prior experience in outdoor work or custodial roles is a plus
