What You'll Do7
- 1Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces including bedrooms bathrooms kitchens living areas and outdoor spaces
- 2Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to meet hygiene standards
- 3Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to clean surfaces floors carpets and upholstery effectively
- 4Conduct laundry tasks such as washing drying folding and organizing clothing and linens
- 5Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or cleaning supplies safely and efficiently
- 6Dust surfaces clean windows vacuum carpets and mop floors to keep homes pristine
- 7Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
Requirements7
- 1Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management with janitorial or custodial background preferred
- 2Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures sanitation standards and floor care techniques
- 3Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- 4Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- 5Customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction through attentive communication and professionalism
- 6Physical stamina for outdoor work experience and manual handling of heavy or bulky items
- 7Familiarity with cleaning detergents and surface-specific cleaning methods to prevent damage while achieving optimal cleanliness
