Requirements7
- 1Minimum 18 years old with 1-2 years supervisory experience
- 2Pass federal background check
- 3Ability to lift 25-30 lbs and stand for long periods
- 4Reliable transportation available
- 5Strong organizational skills and flexibility
- 6Proven ability to motivate crew members
- 7Prior experience in multi-unit or pastry/coffee settings preferred
