Overview
PM Server – Hotel ZaZa Memorial City seeks energetic professional guest-focused server delivering exceptional dining experiences upholding luxury hospitality standards. This role reports to Operations Managers at Houston Memorial City location. Focus on food and beverage service excellence within a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
What You'll Do15
- 1Welcome and engage guests professionally while maintaining courteous interactions
- 2Provide exceptional table service following Hotel ZaZa standards
- 3Present menus explain specials and make informed food and beverage recommendations
- 4Accurately take orders and input them into POS system
- 5Serve food and beverages promptly with accuracy and presentation standards
- 6Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns proactively
- 7Process payments efficiently while maintaining financial accuracy
- 8Maintain knowledge of menu offerings ingredients preparation methods wine selections and promotions
- 9Collaborate with kitchen staff bartenders hosts and servers for seamless service
- 10Set clear and reset tables according to established standards
- 11Ensure cleanliness organization of dining areas and maintain food safety regulations
- 12Assist with banquet private dining VIP events and special functions
- 13Manage service supply inventory and communicate replenishment needs
- 14Resolve guest issues professionally and escalate matters as needed
- 15Attend departmental meetings and complete required training sessions
