What You'll Do9
- 1Clean assigned guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms, trash removal, and linen changes, within quality timeframes.
- 2Maintain public areas and hallways, picking up litter and ensuring spotless surfaces throughout the shift.
- 3Stock housekeeping carts and storage areas with supplies, keeping them organized and ready.
- 4Perform laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- 5Greet guests with a friendly attitude and assist with reasonable requests.
- 6Log and secure lost and found items, tracking them per hotel policy.
- 7Report maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Manager promptly.
- 8Review daily room status with supervisors, including arrivals and departures.
- 9Assist team members with tasks before shift end to ensure all areas are covered.
Requirements6
- 11+ year of housekeeping or janitorial experience in a hotel or commercial setting.
- 2Ability to work weekends and varying shifts, including holidays, as business needs require.
- 3Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift.
- 4Attention to detail and the ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
- 5Reliable transportation to New Albany, Ohio.
- 6Must pass a background check and drug screen.
