What You'll Do11

  • 1Lead and supervise facilities maintenance team to ensure timely repairs of mechanical electrical plumbing and HVAC systems
  • 2Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs aligned with safety regulations to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
  • 3Manage facilities maintenance operations using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems to track work orders inventory and maintenance history
  • 4Oversee repair and troubleshooting of complex mechanical systems using schematics wiring diagrams and technical manuals
  • 5Ensure OSHA compliance through regular safety audits training sessions and maintaining safe working environments
  • 6Coordinate projects related to facilities upgrades or renovations while managing timelines budgets and contractor relationships
  • 7Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities inspections safety procedures and equipment performance for audit purposes
  • 8Monitor energy consumption and implement strategies to improve HVAC and electrical efficiency
  • 9Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems including HVAC plumbing low voltage wiring and industrial equipment to identify issues proactively

Requirements11

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 23-5 seasons leading facilities maintenance teams in hospitality or commercial settings
  • 3Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance or engineering teams
  • 4Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in HVAC electrical plumbing and industrial maintenance procedures
  • 5Familiarity with programmable logic controllers PLCs schematics interpretation Ohmmeter usage and engineering troubleshooting techniques
  • 6Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations along with experience implementing safety procedures across large facilities
  • 7Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting documentation project planning and communication
  • 8Experience managing facilities maintenance using CMMS platforms to streamline work orders and inventory control
  • 9Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • 10Strong understanding of electrical experience including low voltage wiring systems and schematic reading abilities
  • 11Ability to perform HVAC system repairs efficiently while ensuring safety standards
