- 4Follow brand steps of service from arrival to farewell

- 6Use OpenTable to manage reservations and waitlists
- 7Strategically assign tables to optimize flow and pacing
- 8Quote accurate wait times and provide timely updates
- 9Relay guest preferences and allergies to servers and BOH
- 10Manage call volume and coordinate with management
- 11Serve as liaison between front and back-of-house teams
- 12Complete all opening running and closing duties at the host stand
- 13Monitor table status and assist with turn times and resets
- 14Keep host stand entrance and shared spaces clean and organized
- 15Enforce café policies regarding large parties pets and decor
- 16Assist with online ordering kiosk pickup orders and delivery drivers
- 17Represent the brand’s welcoming garden-inspired ambiance
- 18Follow safety cleanliness and hospitality protocols
Requirements6
- 11+ year hosting or customer service experience preferred
- 2Confident communicator calm under pressure
- 3Familiarity with OpenTable or similar systems
- 4Strong multitasking organizational skills
- 5Flexible availability including mornings evenings weekends and select holidays
- 6Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
