As a Hospitality Ambassador at Eurest, you will own the guest experience in our dining room at Dela SEA D1 in Seatac, WA. What You'll Do8
- 1Greet guests warmly and direct them to tables based on availability and seating arrangements.
- 2Create an enjoyable dining experience while maintaining a safe, clean environment for guests and associates.
- 3Supervise food-service associates to ensure proper customer service, food handling, and sanitation procedures.
- 4Train new food-service team members on service standards and station setup.
- 5Manage dining room closing procedures, including side work and station completion.
- 6Apply emergency safety procedures to evacuate guests during fires or other emergencies.
- 7Assist with bussing and food service while upholding safe food handling standards.
- 8Operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines.
Requirements8
- 1Previous customer service experience in high-end hotels or resorts.
- 2Open availability including weekends.
- 3Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with diverse guests.
- 4Demonstrated flexibility and patience in a fast-paced environment.
- 5Capability to maintain confidentiality of personal or medical information.
- 6Knowledge of emergency procedures and safety protocols.
- 7Ability to work with staff from other departments during special events.
- 8Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
