What You'll Do11
- 1Supervise technicians and installers for OCS espresso and vending systems
- 2Manage vehicle fleet and grounds maintenance
- 3Conduct employee interviews hiring and training
- 4Plan assign direct work and conduct performance appraisals
- 5Address customer complaints and resolve service issues
- 6Coordinate with SCSM and project managers for client installations
- 7Monitor service requests and preventive maintenance schedules
- 8Assist in developing service desk metrics and SLA tracking
- 9Participate in conference calls with senior management
- 10Lead team building and technical development initiatives
- 11Serve as primary contact for client and vendor operations
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor’s degree or technical school graduate with 2+ years supervisory experience in OCS Espresso or Vending
- 2Valid Class C driver’s license with clean record
- 33+ years of field driving experience
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- 5Experience with remote access technical environments
- 6Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- 7Customer service focus with proven track record
- 8Process-oriented mindset with flexibility for rapid growth scenarios
Salary Insight
$85 - $95k per year
