What You'll Do11
- 1Unload and organize totes furniture and decor into the warehouse ensuring orderly storage
- 2Prepare daily staging materials by packing totes with rugs lamps and pillows based on design plans
- 3Load and transport packed items using a 15ft box truck maintaining secure placement
- 4Design floor plans and execute staging for each property aligning with client needs
- 5Style rooms including living spaces bedrooms kitchens and bathrooms to enhance appeal
- 6Unload items at property locations placing them according to floor plan and design vision
- 7Communicate with clients and team members to understand staging preferences and provide recommendations
- 8Maintain vehicle with valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 9Lift and carry furniture up to 50 lbs handling physical demands of the role
- 10Follow company design standards and adapt to diverse client requirements
- 11Ensure properties are left in pristine condition after staging completion
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in home staging interior design
- 3Valid driver’s license and auto insurance for operating 15ft box truck
- 4Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- 5Strong organizational skills managing multiple tasks efficiently
- 6Knowledge of furniture arrangement color theory and design principles
- 7Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- 8Positive team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic
- 9Physical stamina for extended periods of active work
- 10Experience with vacant staging and property preparation
