Home Staging Assistant, Phoenix | Furniture Setup & Styling
Overview
You will own the physical setup and breakdown of staged homes for Elegant Staging & Remodel, a boutique firm serving investors and realtors across Phoenix. You will install furniture, style rooms, and ensure every property is photo-ready under tight timelines. You will work with a small team and handle loads up to 50+ lbs while keeping the warehouse and inventory organized. This contract role offers a path to W-2 employment with leadership growth into lead stager or operations manager.
What You'll Do6
- 1Install and de-install staging setups, arranging furniture and decor to match client direction and property layout.
- 2Load and unload furniture, decor, and accessories from the warehouse to staging venues across the valley.
- 3Style living rooms, bedrooms, and dining areas, using spatial balance and color coordination to create market-ready appeal.
- 4Keep the staging warehouse organized, tracking inventory and supplies for quick access on install days.
- 5Pack and prep furniture, ensuring items arrive damage-free and ready for placement.
- 6Clean and polish staged homes before photography, wiping surfaces and adjusting lighting for crisp shots.
Requirements7
- 1Ability to lift and move items up to 50+ lbs consistently throughout the shift.
- 2Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license, with availability to travel across Phoenix including west valley.
- 3Punctual with a proven record of showing up on time to every project.
- 4Team-first attitude with skill in taking direction and adjusting on the fly.
- 5Availability weekdays only, with flexible hours based on project needs.
- 6Preferred: 1+ years in staging, moving, or home services.
- 7Preferred: Eye for detail and interest in interior design.
Salary Insight
