Overview
We seek a detail-oriented Mover Assistant Supervisor to support our dynamic home staging team in Sacramento. This hands-on position prepares homes for market by assisting moves manages inventory coordinates logistics and performs light supervision. The ideal candidate is organized tech-savvy and ready for a fast-paced field environment.
What You'll Do13
- 1Load transport and unload staging furniture with care
- 2Continual packing and unpacking trailers and box trucks with attention
- 3Quick plastic wrapping of all furniture
- 4Safely carry and position items weighing up to 75 lbs
- 5Support setup and breakdown of staging layouts
- 6Charge and maintain external power packs for staging accessories
- 7Pack and unpack staging inventory soft goods and accessories
- 8Maintain clean organized warehouse and staging supplies
- 9Track and manage inventory levels restocking equipment
- 10Provide light oversight of on-site movers
- 11Reinforce best practices in furniture handling and safety
- 12Perform final cleaning touches to ensure properties are photo-ready
- 13Execute stage plans independently
Requirements8
- 1Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record
- 2Ability to pass a background check
- 3Reliable punctual and detail-oriented with proactive mindset
- 4Physically capable of lifting 75 lbs and working on feet
- 5Strong communication and organizational skills
- 6Experience in moving staging or operations is a plus
- 7Ability to drive a trailer is highly desirable
- 8Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in the field
