What You'll Do10
- 1Build trust through in-home consultations with homeowners.
- 2Perform full inspections from attics to crawlspaces, identifying pest entry points and activity.
- 3Deliver tailored solutions using your training and tools, explaining findings clearly.
- 4Close deals confidently using the iPad-based sales system.
- 5Grow business through company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities.
- 6Operate a company vehicle safely, adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
- 7Work in various environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces.
- 8Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job, including equipment use and customer interactions.
- 9Perform duties in all weather conditions, wearing required PPE.
- 10Track and manage sales pipeline to meet monthly performance goals.
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- 3Ability to work independently and physically in the field.
- 4Willingness to obtain required state licenses (training and fees covered).
- 5Professional, reliable, and self-motivated with a customer-first mindset.
- 6Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
- 7Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- 8Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, including climbing or balancing and stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- 9Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.
- 10Willing to work in different types of weather conditions.
