What You'll Do8
- 1Provide clinical oversight for all client care ensuring compliance with state regulations and agency policies
- 2Conduct initial assessments develop care plans and perform supervisory visits
- 3Lead training evaluation and supervision of CHHAs and caregivers
- 4Oversee CHHA skills assessments and competency testing
- 5Collaborate with office staff to ensure smooth coordination of care
- 6Serve as clinical resource for families staff and field personnel
- 7Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with NJ Board of Nursing requirements
- 8Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements7
- 1Valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing
- 2Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferably in home care or community health setting
- 3Previous experience in supervisory or leadership role preferred
- 4Strong understanding of New Jersey home care regulations
- 5Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills
- 6Comfortable conducting field visits and working in both clinical and administrative settings
- 7Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Salary Insight
$85 - $90k per year
