Overview
AZ Pediatric Therapy seeks qualified Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants for a growing home-health agency. What You'll Do5
- 1Provide direct treatment to children and adults with disabilities using play-based therapy techniques
- 2Document client progress and prepare charts records and graphs for supervising SLPs
- 3Submit quarterly progress reports to supervising SLPs in SOAP notes format
- 4Create home programs for families and assist with augmentative communication devices
- 5Collaborate with other service providers and participate in educational programs as needed
Requirements5
- 1Valid Arizona State Speech-Language Pathologist Assistance License
- 2At least three months experience as an SLPA
- 3Experience working in home-based care preferred
- 4Basic knowledge of EMR documentation systems
- 5Physical ability to lift fifty pounds and travel between client locations
Salary Insight
$116 - $123k per year
