What You'll Do11
- 1Promote patient health through personalized physical therapy interventions
- 2Identify and address patient care issues during assessments
- 3Administer customized treatment programs based on patient needs
- 4Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations through interviews and physical exams
- 5Review therapist interpretations and test results to identify abnormalities
- 6Document all patient care services accurately in medical records
- 7Teach patients therapeutic exercises and assist with daily living activities
- 8Provide guidance on proper use of mobility aids and prosthetics
- 9Educate patients on wellness practices and developmental milestones
- 10Ensure workplace safety by following established protocols
- 11Track service delivery against production targets and goals
Requirements10
- 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading healthcare teams
- 3Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- 4CPC Card certification preferred
- 5BCBA credential optional
- 6AWS Certified relevant experience
- 7Proven ability to work independently in varied environments
- 8Strong communication skills for patient education
- 9Experience with medical documentation systems
- 10Commitment to continuous professional development
