Overview
AdvisaCare seeks a Home Health Aide or CNA to provide private duty in-home care in West Bloomfield, MI. You own personalized care plans for each client, honoring preferences and needs. You join a supportive team with 24/7 staffing support and advanced training. This role offers immediate start, weekly pay, and growth through our Therapy Division.
What You'll Do7
- 1Provide in-home personal care and support to clients, respecting individual preferences and needs.
- 2Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- 3Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation as part of the care plan.
- 4Monitor and report client condition changes to the care team.
- 5Document care provided and ensure compliance with care plans and regulations.
- 6Build trusting relationships with clients and families.
- 7Follow safety protocols and infection control standards.
Requirements7
- 1Valid Home Health Aide certification or CNA license.
- 2High School Graduate or GED.
- 3Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- 4Ability to pass drug screen (including THC) and clear background check.
- 5Ability to start work immediately after hiring process.
- 6Available Monday and Friday, 7a-3p.
- 7Commitment to personalized, client-centered care.
