What You'll Do5
- 1Design and execute personalized care plans that address ADLs such as bathing dressing grooming toileting mobility and transfers
- 2Provide consistent companionship and emotional support through meaningful conversation

- 5Maintain a calm comforting presence ensuring seniors feel secure at home
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading remote teams
- 35+ years developing referral networks
- 4Certified in senior care best practices
- 5Proven ability to negotiate schedules and pay independently
