What You'll Do12
- 1Execute client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
- 2Assist with Activities of Daily Living within scope of practice
- 3Provide personal hygiene support including skin mouth hair care bathing dressing
- 4Help with transfers positioning ambulation and mobility assistance
- 5Administer prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities
- 6Plan meals prepare therapeutic diets and assist with eating
- 7Manage bathroom visits bedpan urinal incontinence care
- 8Perform household services including housekeeping laundry transportation and companionship
- 9Remind clients about self-administered medications and report condition changes
- 10Maintain accurate service records and accurately record hours worked
- 11Drive to appointments and run errands while remaining alert during shifts
- 12Complete required entry-level and annual training
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 218 years old or high school graduate enrolled in vocational program
- 3Valid driver’s license and auto insurance or reliable transportation
- 4Tuberculosis testing clearance and clean medical history
- 5Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and frequently move 25 to 50 pounds
- 6Strong communication skills for client interaction and documentation
- 7Empathy for sick elderly individuals and patience
- 8Self-directing with minimal supervision
- 9Maturity handling job demands effectively
- 10Background check clearance and compliance with CA regulations
- 11Registration with State of California Home Care Aide Registry
