What You'll Do10
- 1Serve as primary on-site contact for board, vendors, and homeowners, resolving issues with clear communication.
- 2Manage property operations: coordinate maintenance, oversee vendor work, and enforce rules and regulations.
- 3Create work orders, schedule inspections, and supervise maintenance staff to keep the property safe.
- 4Track violations, charge backs, and incident reports using Caliber and update resident records.
- 5Enforce community standards consistently, handling violations professionally and negotiating resolutions.
- 6Assist with lease enforcement, contract reviews, and compliance documentation.
- 7Conduct regular site inspections to monitor condition, regulate violations, and coordinate repairs.
- 8Support board projects like annual budget, asphalt, landscaping, pool, and roofing.
- 9Prepare reports on property status and financials, assisting with budgeting and tracking.
- 10Address homeowner inquiries via phone, email, or in person, managing conflicts effectively.
Requirements8
- 1Hold a current Illinois CAM license.
- 22+ years in property management with a strong background in HOA operations.
- 3Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Caliber or similar software.
- 4Proficiency in data entry and record keeping for maintenance and compliance.
- 5Strong contract negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- 6Excellent customer service with professional phone etiquette.
- 7Highly organized with multi-tasking ability and attention to detail.
- 8Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving community needs.
