- 7Mandatory MA educator's license or successful passage of MA certification tests
- 8SEP endorsement required for English learners with additional time for non-endorsed teachers
- 9Competitive compensation range $71,000-$116,000 based on experience and qualifications
- 10Ability to pass MTEL exams including Communications Literacy and Subject Specific assessments
