- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading maintenance teams
- 3OSHA certification and EPA certification for refrigerant handling
- 4High school diploma required
- 5Proven experience in property management software
- 6Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- 7Demonstrated leadership in high-pressure environments
- 8Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and optimization
- 9Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
