Overview
We seek a compassionate HHA/PCA to deliver essential home support for seniors in New York City Long Island and Westchester. This immediate position offers flexible scheduling including live-in shifts and competitive pay.
What You'll Do6
- 1Assist seniors with daily living activities like bathing dressing and grooming
- 2Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
- 3Monitor and document patient conditions reporting any changes
- 4Maintain safe clean environments through light housekeeping tasks
- 5Help prepare meals and feed clients when needed
- 6Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality
Requirements5
- 1Current Home Health Aide or PCA certificate
- 2Background check including physical titers Quantiferon or PPD and drug test
- 3Minimum six months senior care experience
- 4Strong communication skills with compassionate approach
- 5Valid US work authorization
