What You'll Do7
- 1Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation in their home.
- 2Engage clients in meaningful activities to provide companionship and mental stimulation.
- 3Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- 4Monitor and report client health changes to the care coordinator promptly.
- 5Follow individualized care plans with compassion and respect.
- 6Ensure client comfort and safety at all times.
- 7Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
Requirements8
- 1HHA certification in the state of New Jersey.
- 21+ year of experience in home care or a related field preferred.
- 3Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- 4Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to providing excellent care.
- 5Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 6Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- 7Must pass a background check.
- 8High school diploma or GED.
