Healthcare Sales Associate in Eye Care
Overview
The Sales Associate will own the customer experience in a boutique eye care office, guiding patients through eyewear options and delivering on-site service at scale. You will work with a collaborative team led by the Practice Manager to merchandise, sell, and fulfill eyewear services. What You'll Do10
- 1Engage with patients to understand needs and guide eyewear selections
- 2Process frames and lens orders and send to the lab on the same day
- 3Maintain the retail floor following merchandising guidelines
- 4Perform frame adjustments to ensure proper fit and patient satisfaction
- 5Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate records
- 6File insurance claims promptly to ensure timely patient order processing
- 7Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in spectacle lens technology
- 8Collaborate with the Practice Manager and team to deliver a seamless eyewear experience
- 9Support training and onboarding for new team members
- 10Contribute to a positive, service-oriented patient environment
Requirements7
- 1Minimum of one (1) year in a sales role
- 2Willingness to complete ABOC testing within the first year of employment
- 3Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) preferred
- 4Strong computer skills and high accuracy entering patient information
- 5Exceptional interpersonal skills to enhance patient interactions
- 6Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- 7Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
