- 8Maintain documentation and compliance with veterinary terminology and safety procedures
- 9Mentor staff, promoting calm, organized, and professional conduct in fast-paced environments

Requirements10
- 1Certified Veterinary Technician in Arizona
- 2Advanced VTS accreditation preferred
- 31+ year experience in training veterinary staff
- 4Excellent customer service and communication skills
- 5Compassion, patience, and empathy when working with clients and their pets
- 6Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology
- 7Education or experience in the veterinary field
- 8Collaborative mindset and commitment to training excellence
- 9Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
