Overview
Owns mechanical maintenance across diesel, electric, and gasoline powered golf course equipment at a premier property. Leads repair, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance for a diverse fleet at scale. Collaborates with maintenance leadership and staff to keep course operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and execute preventive maintenance on mowers, tractors, reels, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime
- 2Repair engines, transmissions, differentials, carburetors, and steering systems to meet manufacturer specifications
- 3Disassemble and overhauls motors, weld components, and perform machining for fittings used in equipment
- 4Diagnose and interpret manuals, schematics, and diagnostic codes to guide repair work
- 5Maintain safe work environment following safety rules and regulations and provide exceptional guest service to internal and external guests
Requirements5
- 12+ years' experience in a golf course maintenance shop
- 2Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- 3Ability to pass background screening including DMV records check
- 4Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
- 5Must lift up to 50 pounds and stand 80-90% of the workday
