What You'll Do6
- 1Deliver high-quality haircuts to children from babies to tweens, ensuring a stress-free and fun experience for families.

- 3Keep your station and the salon clean, organized, and welcoming, following our hygiene and safety standards.

- 6Adapt to varying appointment lengths and schedules, including some weekend shifts, to meet family demand.
Requirements8
- 1Valid AZ cosmetology or barber license
- 21+ year of experience in a salon environment, preferably with children or family-oriented clientele
- 3Skill in braiding for children's hairstyles
- 4Strong communication and customer service skills to engage with parents and kids
- 5Ability to work in a team and maintain a fast-paced, cheerful environment with a positive attitude
- 6Flexibility to work some weekends and rotating days, with availability for mornings or afternoons
- 7Experience with kids' haircuts is a plus, including handling wiggle-prone clients
- 8Bilingual abilities are an advantage for serving diverse families
