Hair Stylist, Blowout Salon & Retail Sales
Overview
Own the guest experience at a busy blow dry bar, delivering blowout services and driving retail and membership sales. You join a tight-knit salon team with a dedicated educator, paid training, and clear paths to Senior Stylist or management. This role blends artistry with sales targets, rewarding performance through commission and bonuses. Work a consistent Tues-Sat schedule in a high-energy environment with premium product partners like UNITE Haircare and Color WOW.
What You'll Do8
- 1Deliver blowout and styling services that match Blo standards for every guest.
- 2Recommend and sell retail products from UNITE Haircare and Color WOW based on individual needs.
- 3Promote Blo memberships to build repeat visits and loyalty.
- 4Hit monthly sales goals to unlock commission incentives and growth opportunities.
- 5Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming work area, following hygiene standards.
- 6Participate in ongoing training and skill development, mastering Blo's 7 signature styles.
- 7Cross-train in additional services like makeup to expand your expertise and earning potential.
- 8Collaborate with the Chief Style Boss and team to elevate the overall guest experience.
Requirements8
- 1A current Arizona cosmetology license is required.
- 2Weekend availability including Saturday; Friday and Sunday preferred.
- 3Flexibility to work peak hours, typically Thursday through Saturday.
- 4Passion for the beauty industry and delivering excellent guest service.
- 5A motivated, goal-oriented mindset, comfortable with sales conversations.
- 6Strong teamwork and communication skills in a high-energy salon.
- 7Reliability and a coachable attitude, open to paid training and feedback.
- 8Salon experience is a plus but not required.
