You'll own the client experience as a Hair Stylist at Blo Orlando, performing signature blowouts and styling services in a high-volume blow dry bar. You'll master Blo's signature techniques, including braids and up-dos, while building a book through walk-in appointments and regulars. What You'll Do8
- 1Perform flawless blowouts, braids, and up-dos using Blo's signature techniques.
- 2Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly and attending to their styling needs.
- 3Recommend UNITE, Color Wow, Olaplex, and Bare Minerals products to drive retail sales and service upgrades.
- 4Upsell memberships and additional services by educating clients on benefits and promotions.
- 5Participate in ongoing paid training and skill development through Blo's education platform.
- 6Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth client flow and a supportive environment.
- 7Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace, sanitizing tools and stations.
- 8Execute bridal and hair extension services after completing the paid certification.
Requirements6
- 1Hold an up-to-date Florida cosmetology license.
- 2Have a passion for the beauty industry and making clients feel great.
- 3Demonstrate ability to stand for long periods and manage a fast-paced chair schedule.
- 4Show willingness to learn Blo's signature techniques and participate in training.
- 5Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- 6Be flexible to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
